Develop Smart City solutions in an informal setting

‘Smart City Hub’ is a physical place that creates cooperation, meetings and solutions across students, businesses, researchers and Lyngby-Taarbæk Municipality all working with data and hardware on a technical and/or at business level.

The theme of the second  hub is ‘The use of Internet of Things-technology to optimise transport costs’. Lyngby-Taarbæk Municipality and the company IoT Denmark will introduce ‘Today’s challenge’ and Fred Heller, Deputy Manager at CITIES, DTU, will be the hub-facilitator.

17.15 – 17.45: Today’s challenge: ‘The use of Internet of Things-technology to optimise transport costs’ by Jakob Sylvest Nielsen, Lyngby-Taarbæk Municipality and Karina Holmegaard, IoT Denmark
17.45 – 18.45: Group session and hacks by Fred Heller
18.45 – 19.15: Sandwich and drinks
19.15 – 20.00: Recap of the discussions and next steps
