Sustainability Lab is much more than just a co-working space and a showroom for sustainable development. Sustainability Lab is a test and development center where startups, researchers and our more than 80 member organizations collaborate to push the boundaries of circular economy and sustainable solutions.
Test your solution with one of our many partners, scale your company with the help of our startup advisors and showcase it in our showroom or at our Green Talks etc. events.

Demonstrate or test your solution in our Showroom
As a company, organization or start-up, You can demonstrate or test your product/service with an “exhibition space” in our showroom. An exhibition space can be anything from a roll-up to a shelf, a video presentation or something completely different. As long as it’s not wider than 2 metres.
When you book an exhibition space, we’ll make sure to present your solution to our many vistors, our member organizations as well as relevant partners for your project.
Price: DKK 1800/Month ex. VAT
Including electricity and access to Wi-Fi.

You can also rent the entire showroom for an activity such as:

- Workshop
- Lecture
Capacity
The showroom has a capacity for up to 35 people if used for workshops etc.
The showroom has a capacity for up to 50 people if used for presentations
Price: DKK 4500/Day – ex. VAT
The rent includes cleaning as well as tea and coffee. Catering can be purchased additionally by agreement.
At the event, we will welcome you and help you get started with wifi, AV equipment, etc.
Company Visits
If you or your organization are interested in inviting a group of your employees, customers or business partners to visit, we will be happy to receive them by arrangement.
A visit will typically be 60-90 minutes, during which you’ll receive a presentation of Science City Lyngby as well as Sustainability Lab and the current exhibitions.
All year round, you will have the opportunity to meet exhibitors, and themed exhibitions that focus on a given area within the green transition.
Capacity
We have a maximum capacity on 40 people.
Price for non-members: DKK 1,200 ex. VAT (depending on the size of the group)
Price for members of Science City Lyngby: Free
Catering can be purchased additionally upon agreement.
