Meet Andreas, the Astronaut who won the hearts and minds of Denmark

Get an exclusive insight into the world of aerospace with the first Danish ESA astronaut Andreas Mogensen as he visits Lyngby. This exciting event is open to all and focuses on Andreas’ big adventure in space, and the international Space Station ISS last year.

Andreas will tell his story, about the mission of his life, the hard training before the mission, the journey and his work at the space station. He will also talk about the European Space Agency ESA and the scientific research acquired from the journey to space. Moreover, you will hear about the reactions of the human body in space and the panoramic view of our blue planet.

The event takes place at Microsoft in partnership with FOF København and Lyngby-Taarbæk City of Knowledge. There will be refreshments and the possibility to enjoy the prize nominated architecture of Microsoft’s new domicile.

Doors open at 17.45. Sign up is needed and the event is free of charge. First come, first served.
