How to raise capital for your startup

Are you considering getting an investor onboard in your startup, then you probably have a myriad of questions. In this edition of SCL Masterclass Series for Start-ups, Jan Rosenbom from Keystones will give you new insights and tools that will help you on your way.

Getting an investor onboard can create new opportunities for growth and development for your start-up. But before you start the dialogue with potential investors, you need to consider a range of difficult questions. What types of financing for start-ups are available in the market, what need for capital does your start-up have, how do you valuate your business, what are investors looking for, and how does your start-up become “investor ready”?

In this masterclass, Jan Rosenbom, co-founder and partner in Keystones, will introduce you to a range of considerations, advices and tools that will make you better equipped for making the right decisions for your business. Jan has great experience in advising start-ups and investors. He has helped hundreds of startups, read thousands of business plans and held lots of investor meetings. He is also investor in seven start-ups.

The masterclass will be held online in English on the 4th of March between 15:00-16:00 PM. Afterwards from 16:00-16:45 there will be networking.
