Interest-based negotiation involves understanding priorities, the time factor and views on the future as well as uncovering possible solutions. The more knowledge you have, the more you are likely to reach faceted agreements that create added value for all parties.

In this masterclass Henning Nygaard, attorney at law and owner of Advokatfirmaet Nygaard, will introduce you to interest-based negotiation, and you will acquire practical tools to understand the process of negotiation and how you can create added value in a negotiation. According to Henning Nygaard, an effective negotiating can be divided into four stages: goal setting, preparation, behaviour at the negotiation and evaluation.

During his career as a business attorney, Henning has helped many SMEs, among others start-ups and entrepreneurs that seek future growth and economic gains.

The masterclass will be held online in English on the 17th of December between 15:00-16:00 PM. Afterwards from 16:00-16:45 there will be networking.
