Lyngby will once again come alive on Saturday september 3rd, when visitors can enjoy a day full of activities, music, stands and delicious food. This year Sofie Østergaard (popular Danish kids-TV hostess) will take us through various activites during the day on the big scene at Lyngby Torv. You can enjoy the smooth tones of Jazz, participate in a talent show, listen to David Bowie and Prince cover bands, watch sports performances and much much more. Discover wellness and sports events, lots of fun activities for children and a car exhibition as small oases are placed throughout the city.

Science and knowledge in the city

DTU Scienceshow will also be guesting the city centre and show off cool and colourful experiments. Students from DTU will take you through each experiment and the chemistry behind – the show can be enjoyed by both children and adults. In addition, visitors will be able to try out Segways. Children from 8+ years are welcome to try.

The programme is continuously being updated by the local trade association’s website and the local newspaper.

DTU ScienceShow starts at 10:30 and has a 30 minute show once an hour until 2 pm. Location: Kulturhuset

Segways are available from 11 am – 4 pm at Lyngby Torv. No registration necessary for any of the events.
